Jasmine Xiao, BS, MHC-I, is a Graduate Mental Health Clinician based in New York, currently completing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University. Before transitioning into the mental health field, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with concentrations in Marketing and Analytics from Boston College and built a diverse career spanning consulting, advertising, fashion, and finance. These experiences give her a unique ability to understand and connect with clients from all walks of life, bringing a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to her clinical work.

Jasmine understands the complexities of being a working professional, especially when navigating high-pressure environments or life transitions. She has a keen eye for identifying patterns and exploring the subtle dynamics that shape how people relate to themselves and the world around them. She offers a grounded and supportive presence during times of change, holding space for both external shifts and the inner experiences that unfold in the process. As a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Jasmine also brings a holistic lens to therapy, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit in supporting overall well-being.

As a Graduate Mental Health Clinician, Jasmine provides in-person and remote therapy for adolescents, adults of all ages, families, and couples. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, trauma and Complex PTSD, women’s health, career challenges, and supporting BIPOC clients. A native New Yorker and first-generation Asian American woman, Jasmine brings a deep awareness of the cultural nuances and unique challenges faced by BIPOC communities. Her approach emphasizes compassion and curiosity, helping clients explore and make meaning of their multicultural and intersectional identities as they navigate their stories.

Jasmine approaches therapy as a collaborative process, helping clients approach their inner world with honesty, curiosity, and care. Drawing from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, somatic, psychodynamic and multicultural approaches, Jasmine tailors her work to meet each client where they are. Outside of therapy, Jasmine finds joy in yoga and mindfulness, exploring meditation practices that nurture her own growth and inspire the grounded, compassionate care she offers her clients.
