Jaycee Dia, MS, LMHC, is a New York State Licensed Psychotherapist and Wellness Coach. She earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling degree from Pace University and has specialized training in EMDR, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and cultural competency. Jaycee specializes in solution-focused and person-centered therapy and also offers EMDR therapy. Her practice focuses on clients of all age groups dealing with issues such as anxiety, cultural identity, depression, mood disorders, and gender-identity exploration.

With a wealth of professional experience in diverse settings, including private practices, wellness spas, schools, medical offices, and non-profit agencies and organizations, Jaycee helps adults of all ages. Her areas of expertise include self-esteem, dating and relationships, boundary setting, stress management, people-pleasing, planning and organization, positive self-talk, life transitions, conflict resolution, and work-life balance.

Jaycee combines various therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, trigger identification, and communication and problem-solving skills development.
