Michelle Perez, MSED, LMHC, is a licensed psychotherapist in the state of New York. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and brings a wealth of clinical experience gained in diverse settings, including non-profit organizations and private practice.

Michelle’s practice encompasses working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her clinical expertise focuses on addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and trauma. Michelle adopts a holistic therapeutic approach, emphasizing the intricate connection between the mind and body, as well as recognizing the impact of gut health on a regulated nervous system.
