Sabriya Dillard, LMSW, is a New York State Licensed Master of Social Work. Ms Sabriya received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Gordon College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, mental health clinics, nonprofits, and schools. 

Ms. Sabriya supports clients dealing with various challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal conflict, parenting, as well as school and social challenges. In her work with clients, Ms. Sabriya integrates client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-racist, and liberatory approaches to care. Her clinical work is influenced by integrative methods including mindfulness, somatics, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

Ms. Sabriya specializes in working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma and has received advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She works with all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. She offers an affirming space for people who identify as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ to process their life experiences from an intersectional lens. She is passionate about providing a space for individuals who seek to integrate their religious and spiritual beliefs throughout the therapeutic process as well as supporting those seeking deconstruction and healing from religious trauma.
