She also has a strong focus on women’s mental health, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, identity development, and recovery-oriented support.
Taylor’s therapeutic style is collaborative and individualized. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness-based practices, she helps clients clarify goals, tap into their strengths, and build practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
Whether you’re seeking support for navigating stress, setting boundaries, working through emotional challenges, or healing from past experiences, Taylor offers a grounded and empathetic space where your voice is heard and your growth is supported.
